Swami Nitanand Group of Schools celebrates Republic Day every year with immense pomp and gaiety. A grand celebration takes place in the school and the students take great pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and enforcement of the Indian Constitution. The celebration includes an array of performances that fill everyone’s heart with patriotic fervor. A talk show that shares various aspects of Indian Constitution enhances the awareness of the students present. The school echoes with mellifluous singing as everyone joins the harmonious school choir when they sing a Patriotic medley to showcase their love for the Motherland.
The students bring the stage alive with their passion and love for their motherland through beautiful and colourful tableau that portrays the diverse cultures of our country. The tableau of different states like Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and Bengal gives the students a quick glance of the rich heritage of these states and also their popular folk dances and traditions.
The Nitanandians also present heart throbbing dances on a patriotic numbers to multiply the ecstasy of the day and also highlights the importance of the day in the life of every Indian. Active participation of the students gives a glimpse of their patriotic fervor towards the country. The motive to celebrate this day is to make the students understand the essence of our Constitution and to stimulate their minds to abide by their duties before they claim their rights.
