Mrs. SATYA MALIK, Ex-Principal, Govt. College for Women and a distinguished Professor in English, who devoted more than thirty years in this noble field, had laid foundation stone of Swami Nitanand Sr. Sec. School, Brahmanwas in 2004. This school is located in village Brahmanwas, Rohtak – Panipat highway, Rohtak and is the main branch of Swami Nitanand group of schools, covering 3 acres of land. It was affiliated to CBSE in the second year of inception with a strength of about 800 students.

The school is facilitated with modern spacious classrooms, swimming pool for tiny tots, a great library to develop their reading skills, a well equipped computer lab, science labs, Mathematics lab, music room, Art room, playroom for tiny tots, Table Tennis facility and vast playgrounds. This CBSE School implements its education strategy through some extra efforts like speech system, meditation, lecturettes, group discussions, story books, IIMS for competitive skills, interview training. This school gives equal priority to academic, social, spiritual, artistic and physical development of its students. The surveillance camera system with the latest technology of the school has provided the campus a safe and secure environment. It is believed and put into actual practice by all of us here that the budding potentialities of young boys and girls have got to be supplemented by academic and non-academic skills of multi-faceted growth on one hand, as well as innate equipoise and happiness to be imbued in their personalities on the other. A worthy family of more than 160 teaching and non-teaching faculty members, is consistently striving to put this vision into concrete shapes. We pride on the fact that almost all the worthy teaching and non-teaching members have been associated with us for a long duration of time. We bestow student friendly environment with rich Indian values and ethos which brings simultaneous development of spirit, mind and body.

I am honored and feel very privileged to serve as the Principal of Swami Nitanand Global Residential School, Barhana. I am always excited and look forward to working with our students, staff and parents to make Swami Nitanand, the best school it can be. My commitment to our community is to lead the school with enthusiasm and passion to enable us to reach our goals.

As we are ready to move on in the third year of functioning, it gives me immense pleasure to share that the school has acquired popularity and a formidable reputation in the area.

We try to build student’s self-confidence so that they are unafraid to take the risk of attempting new challenges, to help them blossom and grow as individuals and to give them the academic, social and emotional skills to enable them to better realize their true potential when they move on to their own careers.
